1. Validity:
   The gift card is valid for 180 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, it will expire and cannot be used or refunded.
2. Exclusive Use:
   The gift card is only valid at Superlocal restaurant, located in the Port Olímpic of Barcelona.
3. Redemption and Use Conditions:
   – The gift card must be redeemed in a single use.
   – No change or remaining balance will be issued if the total consumption is less than the card value.
   – If the bill exceeds the value of the card, the customer must pay the difference.
   – Not valid for private events or special dates (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, etc.) unless otherwise confirmed.
4. Advance Booking Required:
   We recommend booking in advance and informing us of the use of the gift card when making the reservation. Availability depends on capacity.
5. Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable for Cash:
   The card is non-refundable, either in full or in part, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Loss, Theft or Misuse:
   Superlocal is not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the card.
7. Modifications:
   Superlocal reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without affecting cards already issued.
